Why do we start our prayers with Jehovah, Jesus Christ, Holy Michael?
My friends have asked me this question before. They think that we pray to Holy Michael. We obviously don’t worship angels or pray to them… but how can I explain this? I have been challenged that it would be better to start our prayers by calling on only The Trinity – Jehovah, Jesus Christ, Holy Spirit. But this is not God’s instruction for Celestians. Please explain why we pray the way that we do. Thanks.

Once Jehovah and Jesus Christ have been called, both of them have become the embodiment of the Holy Spirit as well.
2nd Corinthians 3:17 says “Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.” So when you call the name Jesus, The Spirit of the lord is there.
Jesus said in John 4:24 that God is a Spirit, so when you call Jehovah, The Trinity is already available.
Then Paul says in Hebrews 1:14 that angels are ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation. So also, when you call Arch Angel Michael, he is part of the embodiment of The Spirit. Michael is the captain of the host of angels. His job in Celestial Church of Christ is that when we pray there won’t be hinderance to our prayers. Just like when the king of Persia withstood the prayer of Daniel until Michael came to assist Gabriel in bringing the answer to Daniels prayer (Daniel 10:13)
These are the things that are given to us in Celestial Church of Christ, and we have been charged before God, The Lord Jesus Christ, and the elect angels to observe these things – and especially in the order that it was given (1st Timothy 5:21)

we are sorry. That was a typographical error.
2nd Corinthians 13:17 doesn’t exist, the actual verse is 2nd Corinthians 3:17
