What is the truth about sanctification for women?

I saw Celestial Weekly’s response to a question about sanctification for men. The following service day, I then saw an elder pray for a woman and tell her to use the candle she used for prayer into the water to quench the flame. Another elder came and said “Baba, that is not ilana”, then a dispute about ilana and sanctification erupted.
I have seen several different ways different elders pray for women to do their sanctification. I have also seen different elders telling women to do different things with their candles.
Please, what is the truth about how it is done. We need step by step guidance. From which hymns to sing, to what the prayer point is and what is done with th candle after.

The prayer for a woman’s sanctification should be done and the candle should be lit, after the prayer the candle should be quenched in the water and after the woman has bathed the candle should be lit again and placed at the entrance of the door, the angel will mark that that woman has done sanctification that month.Th candle should not be used to wipe the woman’s body.
